ABOUT US
Our vision is born from a clear intent: to inhabit places by introducing a new energy that respects their balance and identity. More than just hospitality, it is a design sensibility cultivated through attention to detail, a search for uniqueness, and the ability to transform a lived-in place into a destination of choice. This is the promise that defines our interpretation of contemporary hospitality.
Senato Hotel Milano: a decade of credibility
We are the same team that, ten years ago, converted the family’s neoclassical residence on Via Senato into what is now Senato Hotel Milano. Over a decade of operation, the hotel has become a point of reference for the most authoritative international publications —from the Louis Vuitton City Guide and Wallpaper* to Condé Nast Traveller and the Financial Times’ How To Spend It. This global recognition is not the result of a search for visibility, but the reflection of an authentic identity that an international audience has come to recognize and inhabit.
Intention beyond scale
What sets an independent entity apart from a global chain is not its size, but its intention. Every choice—from Alessandro Bianchi’s architectural signature to bespoke furniture by local artisans, from the acoustic selection to the lobby’s greenery—meets a single criterion: consistency with our vision. A project only holds value if it can engage with its context and its guests. We bring this same integrity to every new challenge.
The Ranza Family and the Eastern Riviera
Behind Villa Amore is the Ranza family, fourth-generation Milanese entrepreneurs with a culture rooted in the art of "doing things well." Our connection to this coastline and the Gulf of Tigullio is not a recent discovery, but part of a family passion that has spanned generations for over 100 years. This deep attachment sparked the desire to "save" the villa, rescuing it from neglect to restore its living function and bring new momentum to the village of Zoagli.
We are not asset managers; we are individuals who love and inhabit the places we offer, and today, we wish to share every shift in light and every local secret with you.
